Andrew “Andy” Moon has been engaged in various areas of real estate for almost 30 years. Starting at the age of 9 assisting his father in residential and commercial appraisal research and continuing until becoming a real estate agent at the age of 18. Mr. Moon attended East Central University in Ada, Oklahoma receiving a bachelor of science degree in Legal Studies. From there he attended Stetson University for MBA course work before transferring to Oklahoma City University to complete a JD/MBA joint degree. He became licensed as an attorney in Texas in November of 2004. He also holds a license from the State of Oklahoma.
Directly out of law school he stepped into the role of foreclosure attorney for a small law firm in Dallas, Texas specializing in collections of bad debt and then moved to handle commercial real estate matters for companies such as Alcoa, Saint-Gobain, and FedEx; along with many others. In that capacity his team handled Hurricane Katrina recovery efforts for FEMA. Shortly after the Katrina aftermath and clean-up efforts were completed he moved to business consulting work including sales consulting, company reformation, process management and creation and legal considerations. In that role he and his wife moved to San Antonio, Texas where he continued in commercial real estate and business consulting for developers and end users.
